Specialty plants Specialty Configuration module General definitions Here you can make the basic definition of a tray. Mailbox systems without control can only have compartments without control. Status A tray can have four statuses: Active, Inactive, Maintenance and Cleaning
Type There are four different fan types.
ATTENTION: If you change the type from Letter to Package, a check is made whether current or future tray assignments exist. Only if you agree to delete these assignments, the type change will be applied. Depending on the type, the acquisition of the shipment and filling of the equipment is different. If a shipment is entered whose service is approved for letter delivery to P.O. boxes, a compartment is assigned when the shipment is entered. When filling the P.O. box system, the explitzit tray must be read for items whose service is only permitted for parcel delivery to P.O. boxes. Trays without control are assigned only statically. In such trays can also be placed items, the performance of which is approved only for package delivery to P.O. boxes. And that more than one shipment. Specialty Classes Each subject can be assigned more than one subject fund. However, this is not mandatory. Subject classes are taken into account in the subject determination for persons, provided that a dynamic subject assignment is defined for the person. Settings Additional definitions can be maintained here. (Custfields) Management module Status See above.
