Cleaning lockers

To clean lockers, the authorised employees must be defined as operators with the Cleaning function. You do this under Compartment systems configuration or Management.

Cleaning can also be carried out outside operating hours.

Only trays that are not permanently assigned are cleaned. (Not statically assigned) After the tray has been cleaned, the tray should be closed again.

Procedure

The cleaning staff logs on to the compartment system with the service card. The procedure for cleaning the compartment can be selected on the screen.

Three types of cleaning are available to the user.

  • All free subjects

  • Single free compartment

  • Specific subject

After the compartment has been cleaned, the compartment should be closed again.

All free subjects

All compartments that are not assigned to a person and are active open. During the cleaning work, the compartment system cannot be used. The compartment system is only available again after the last cleaned compartment has been closed.

Single free compartment

Cleaning is triggered individually for each compartment by reading in the service badge again until all compartments have been cleaned. In the settings of the mailbox system you can define after how many hours a mailbox should be cleaned again (default 12 h). (Default 12 h) (see Custfields 2263MailboxSystem / 1001)The tray that has not been cleaned for the longest time is opened, if this is longer than the previous setting. It is displayed which tray has been opened, when it was last cleaned and how many trays still need to be cleaned. During cleaning, the compartment system can continue to be used.

Specific subject

The compartment number can be entered at the operating terminal. The corresponding compartment is opened if it is free and active. The compartment system can continue to be used during cleaning.
