Specialist systems: Settings (CF 2263 Mailbox system)
In this dialog, the custfields for the module MBS - Pigeonholes are made. Please note that all settings except for the standard service for dummy items can be different for each mailbox system.
Please note that this settings dialog can be called up either from the general overview of the P.O. boxes or from the settings dialog of a P.O. box. Depending on this, the following settings only apply to the mailbox system or generally for all if no specific value is defined for a particular mailbox system.

| 0010: Display dialog with the condition maximum x seconds | This is where you set how long dialogs are displayed in the Operation tray system before they are automatically closed again. This applies to all dialogs that are displayed from the operator view, e.g. deposit, dispatch, fault message, etc. |
| 0011: Reload fan cache after x seconds | Here you set after how many seconds the locker cache is updated. This cache contains the settings of the compartments (e.g. lock ID) and is used to monitor the compartments. This monitoring is approx. every 100ms. |
| 0012: Interval for checking the database connection [seconds] | Here you set the number of seconds after which the connection to the database is checked. |
| 0014: Allow computer to change energy saving plan | Here you can set whether the computer's energy saving plan is changed when the specialist system operator view is displayed. If errors occur, this is displayed in the SysLog. The following is set: Setting to Balanced Energy saving mode off Sleep mode off Switch off screen off |
| 0015: Save statistical data | Here you set whether the statistical data is saved for this mailbox system, provided that sufficient licenses are available. |

Here you set which languages can be selected in the specialist system operator view. If you want to choose from several languages, enter the language identifiers separately. The following values are valid (DE,FR,IT,EN) The ActSysLanguage is also taken into account (#LanguageSetting). This language is always available for selection if it is valid, even if it is not listed here. |
| 0020: Forced emptying after number of days: | In the mailbox system operation tab Forced emptying, dynamically assigned mailboxes whose last inserted mail item exceeded this number of days are displayed. (The criterion is the insertion date of the mail item: SBBEvent.dtErfassungszeit) If consignments are placed in the compartment daily, such a compartment is not displayed even though the compartment has not been emptied for a long time. |
| 0025: Demo mode | If this setting is set, the operator view appears on all PCs. The dialog can then be operated for training and demonstration purposes without affecting the control of the compartment system. |
| 0026: Deactivate RFID reader | This option is intended for compartment systems without a control unit that do not require an RFID reader. It can be used to prevent the search for an RFID reader, as this would otherwise always be repeated and errors would be reported for this compartment system because no reader is available. If this option is activated, this compartment system works without errors without an RFID reader. |
| 0030: Allow self-register mode | If this setting is set, an RFID card can be registered with the PIN in the operator view by pressing a button |
| 0040: Create shipments allowed | If this setting is set, a scan may be created after the following events. 1. a person customer/cost center UPOC is scanned 2 .a barcode containing the person number and the alternative code is scanned. | 0050: Reserve a separate compartment for each service with dynamic compartment allocation. | If this setting is not set, the compartment assignment is copied to all services that have exactly the same definition during dynamic compartment assignment for letters. If it is not set, a different compartment is assigned for each service. |
| 0060: Create mailbox assignment allowed | If this setting is set, a mailbox is created for the recipient who does not have a valid mailbox assignment. |
| 0061: Validity period of the newly created mailbox system - assignment [days] | The mailbox system assignment created has a validity period of X days. |
| 0062: Delete expired compartment assignments after X days | The compartment system assignment is deleted as soon as the end date has expired X days ago. If there are still mail items in the corresponding compartment, the assignment is not deleted. If the assignment is for inheritance (mailbox system is taken over from the current workstation), it is only deleted if no inheritances exist. |

| 0300: Timeout for maintenance mode [sec. | This timeout is the number of seconds that is waited in the specialist system operation if the "Maintenance" mode has been selected and an input is expected until the display returns to the standard input for collection. |

| 0320: PIN for maintenance mode | This PIN can be used to switch to "Maintenance" mode, in which compartments can be opened directly. The compartments to be opened are entered directly using the keypad or the on-screen keyboard and confirmed with OK or ENTER. |
| 0330: Waiting time between the compartment openings (minimum 1 ms, maximum 5000 ms] | This setting controls how long to wait between the opening of 2 compartments. |
| 0331: Triggering the maintenance function with lock ID | In maintenance mode, the compartment can be opened with the lock ID. This setting determines how the electronic output is controlled. You can choose between pulse or level. ATTENTION: Level should only be set in exceptional cases. |
| 0400: Open only one lock for all CxIO modules or one lock per CxIO module | If several locks are to be opened at once, this setting defines whether all locks are to be opened in succession (Enabled) or whether one lock per CxIO module is to be opened in parallel (Disabled) |
| 0410: Waiting time in milliseconds for activating a lock | The duration of how long a lock should be actively open if it has no input status. With input status, the lock is closed beforehand if the input status is active, otherwise it waits until the end of the duration. The duration of the pulse is specified in milliseconds. The permitted value range for this setting is a minimum of 1 ms and a maximum of 255 ms. |
| 0420: Number of repetitions to activate a lock | This parameter defines how often the pulse for opening a lock should be repeated. The permitted value range for this setting is between 1 and 10 repetitions. |
| 0430: Signal tone length [in ms] for successful action | Every successful action is accompanied by a signal tone if a special compartment is defined for signaling and a signal transmitter is connected to this port. This is activated using the pulse method for the duration of the milliseconds specified here. |
| 0440: Signal tone length [in ms] for errors | Signal tone for errors in milliseconds. |
| 0450: Interval cycle for resetting the CxIO modules | This interval can be used to control the time intervals at which a CxIO module automatically performs a reset. If the value is set to 0, no reset is carried out, otherwise values between 60 and 10800 seconds are possible. |
| 0500: Waiting time in minutes until an open compartment is alarmed | This parameter defines how long a compartment must be open before an alarm is triggered. The information is given in minutes. If no value is defined (<N/A>), the value with ID 0 is adopted. If the value is set to 0, the open compartments are not checked and no alarm/syslog is triggered. |
| 0510: Waiting time in seconds until alarm if control unit is not ready | Waiting time in seconds until an alarm is triggered if the control to the compartment system is interrupted. If the value is 0, no alarm is triggered. |
| 0520: Waiting time in seconds until controller PC reboot if controller not ready | Waiting time in seconds until a restart of the computer is triggered if the control to the compartment system is interrupted. If the value is 0, no restart is triggered. |

| 0700: Allow shipping mode | If this setting is set, a consignment can be posted in the mailbox systems operation and the consignment can be removed again in the mailbox systems module (Dispatch tab). This function is only available if you also have the corresponding licenses. |
| 0705: eMail address for dispatch mode | E-mail address to which a dispatch message is sent to the recipient via 'you have mail' if a dispatch has been entered in the pick-up dialog. |

| 1200: Maximum permitted file size for web resources [MB] | This setting limits the size of the web resources that can be imported, regardless of the format. If a file is larger than the specified number of megabytes, it cannot be imported. The default value is 10 megabytes. |
*1) A language selection is only available if a URL has been entered for more than one language. There is one button per language in the operator view. The size of the browser control (in pixels) is displayed in the data logger (profile MailBoxSystemPickup.View search for browser).
