Defines the order of the search results displayed in the recipient list.
If <complete list> is set, the list is sorted by full score regardless of the entity type. This setting is not available for MDE.
In any case, all hits per entity type (person, logistics unit, cost unit) that reach at least the value of the highest full score per entity type set under "Minimal full score [%]" are displayed.

Cost units that are not (or no longer) valid ("Valid from" in the future or "Valid to" in the past) cannot be selected as recipients by default. If this option is activated, this is still possible.
161: IHS: Process private mail anonymously No / Yes No Defines whether private mail recipients found are displayed anonymously.
162: IHS: Delay for search [ms] 50 .. 5000 500 Defines the delay in [ms] after which the search for cost units or recipients starts when search terms are entered in MS/OS-IHS.

Formula for generating the recipient name (DB attribute: RecipientAdr.strName) if the IHS recipient is a customer.
The placeholders defined in the [Allowed values] column are supported. The placeholders are replaced by the corresponding values. Other characters/texts are adopted unchanged.
168: IHS: Formula for recipient name if recipient type = cost center See below <%CustomerName1%> <%CustomerName2%> <%CustomerName3%> / <%CostcenterName1%> <%CostcenterName2%> <%CostcenterName3%> Only for MS/OS-IHS and CxLetterScan modules.
Formula for generating the recipient name (DB attribute: RecipientAdr.strName) if the IHS recipient is a cost center.
The placeholders defined in the [Allowed values] column are supported. The placeholders are replaced by the corresponding values. Other characters/texts are adopted unchanged.
171: IHS manual search: Minimum score for hits (relative to highest weighting) [%] 0..100 0
If the value = 0 (default), the setting"Minimum score for hits (relative to the highest weighting) [%]" from the IHS server settings is used.
This setting is used for manual searches in the MS/OS-IHS modules.
For each entity found (person, logistics unit, cost unit), the sum of the scores of the individual hits must exceed this limit value in order to be included in the hit list.
This value is relative to the highest defined weighting. Example: With a setting of 50 and a highest weighting of 50, the sum of the scores must be >= 25.
172: IHS manual search: Minimum required score relative to top score [%] 0..100 0
If the value = 0 (default), the "Minimal full score [%]" setting from theIHS server settings is used.
This setting is used for manual searches in the MS/OS-IHS modules.
Defines the minimum value in percent that a search result must achieve relative to the highest full score in order to be displayed in the results list.
The setting is applied per entity type (person, logistics unit, cost unit).
The higher this value is, the fewer search results are displayed.
173: IHS OCR search: Minimum score for hits (relative to highest weighting) [%] 0..100 0
If the value = 0 (default), the setting"Minimum score for hits (relative to the highest weighting) [%]" from the IHS server settings is used.
This setting is used for the OCR search in the OS-IHS module.
For each entity found (person, logistics unit, cost unit), the sum of the scores of the individual hits must exceed this threshold value in order to be included in the hit list.
This value is relative to the highest defined weighting. Example: With a setting of 50 and a highest weighting of 50, the sum of the scores must be >= 25.
174: IHS OCR search: Minimum required score relative to top score [%] 0..100 90
If the value = 0, the "Minimal full score [%]" setting from the IHS server settings is used.
This setting is used for the OCR search in the OS-IHS module.
Defines the minimum value in percent (default 90%) that a search result must achieve relative to the highest full score in order to be displayed in the results list.
The setting is applied per entity type (person, logistics unit, cost unit).
The higher this value is, the fewer search results are displayed.
190: IHS: Automatic follow-up process on acquisition No / Yes No (switched off) Defines whether the follow-up process is automatically executed in the CxLetterScan or MS/OS-IHS capture modules in the event of indirect digitization.
If the option is switched on and indirect digitization is active (is always active for CxLetterScan), the captured items are automatically/directly routed to the effective destination and the text defined in the lower option 191: IHS: SI postfix for automatic follow-up process on capture is appended to the SIX.
If "Individual selection" is defined for the digitization of the consignment, routing takes place normally to the workstation/logistics unit for digitization; no postfix is appended to SIX.
If direct digitization takes place in MS/OS-IHS, this option has no function (direct digitization has priority, see setting 0551: Direct digitization of incoming mail in the settings for capture).
191: IHS: SI-Postfix for automatic follow-up process on entry Any text "D" This text is appended to the SIX without separators if the above option 190: IHS: Automatic follow-up process on capture is activated and the consignment is routed to the effective destination. The postfix is not appended if "Individual selection" is defined for the consignment, as the consignment then goes to the digitization/follow-up process workstation and is routed there accordingly.
192: Follow-up process consignment entry IHS: Maximum temporary storage of the consignment <selection list> 1 month Defines how long consignments with "Individual selection" remain in the temporary filing system.
193: Follow-up process for shipment entry IHS: Follow-up process if the duration of temporary storage is exceeded <selection list> Delivery recipient Defines how to proceed with consignments whose expiration date in the temporary storage (see above setting 192: Follow-up process consignment entry IHS: Maximum temporary storage of the consignment) has been exceeded.

198: Follow-up process shipment entry IHS: Label print on return to sender No / Yes Yes Defines whether a consignment label is printed for consignments to be returned to the sender. This setting only applies in the follow-up process module.
199: Follow-up process for shipment registration IHS: Label printing during digitization No / Yes Yes Defines whether a consignment label is printed for consignments for digitization. This setting only applies in the follow-up process module.
201: AZD: Always display service provider during post-processing No / Yes No Defines whether the service provider should always be displayed during the post-processing of AZD consignments (regardless of the settings in the Entry preferences).
202: AZD: Selection of service provider for post-processing <selection list> If not CEP according to district administration
Defines which service provider is selected for the post-processing of AZD consignments.

Use service provider of the saved district
  • According to the district administration
Use service provider <according to district administration
  • If not CEP according to district administration
If the service provider of the saved district is not a CEP then <according to district administration>, otherwise use CEP service provider
  • Always use your own service provider
    Use your own service provider

The setting does not apply if
a) The shipment has no district:
If available, the default service provider of the saved service is used, otherwise <according to district administration>
b)
The shipment is subsidized:
<According to district administration> is always used.
