The actual assignment is made in this detailed dialog. To do this, the details are entered and at least one or more of the existing services are selected. Please note that no duplicates can be entered; identical assignments that do not differ in any way are not permitted. However, several allocations can be entered for the same or identical services if they differ due to the validity date. All data must be entered and selected correctly in order to be able to save an assignment, i.e. at least one service must have been selected. The validity date must be correct, i.e. Valid from must be less than Valid to.

Currently valid individual follow-up process shipment entry assignment

There is only one valid allocation per day and service. The following criteria apply when determining the current allocation: (and in this order)

• 1: If an allocation exists for the corresponding service for the current date, this is adopted.

• 2. if this is not the case, the assignment is taken over with the service <All services> for the current date

• 3. if there are several assignments for the current date, the following applies:Logic for determining the current data set based on the validity range.

View

The dialog contains the validity date and a list of services. On the right-hand side are the buttons with all the available functions. In this case, these are only OK to save the assignment and Cancel to exit the dialog without saving. The view does not differ for different entities of the assignment, i.e. whether the assignment is made for persons or for customers/cost centers.

• Valid from: / Valid until:
  These two dates define the validity range for this assignment. The validity starts from 00:00:00 on the day until the "Valid until" day at 23:59:59. So if both dates are the same, the assignment would be valid on this day from 0:00 to 23:59. You can make as many assignments as you like for the same service, as long as the validity dates are different.

• Services
  Select the services to which the digitization assignment should apply. At least one selection must be made. The first selection is "<All services>". With this selection, you define that the assignment should be independent of the service, otherwise activate the corresponding services. It is not possible to activate the selection for all services and individual services, as they are mutually exclusive.
