Individual follow-up process Consignment entry Assignment

With this dialog, which is used in several modules, it is possible to assign services to the underlying entity. This means that if the dialog is in the person administration, the assignment of services is made for the selected person, the same if the dialog is in the customer/cost center administration, the assignment is made for the selected cost center or the selected customer. The assignments can be made for different services and they can be limited in time.

IHS consignments to persons or customers/cost centers for which an Individual follow-up process consignment entry is defined are routed to the logistics unit for the temporary storage of consignments (or their district) when they are entered in the MS/OS-IHS modules.
This logistics unit is defined in the global settings for sorting systems (Settings / Production / Workstations / Global settings).

The dialog is filled out by a list with the recorded assignments to the underlying entity. The entries are displayed in such a way that one entry is shown in the list for each assignment with all defined services with the same effective date. The services are displayed in the "Service(s)" column separated by a semicolon. The buttons with the available functions are located on the right-hand side of the list.

Operation

• Add
  A new assignment is created. A new detail dialog is opened for this purpose.

• Edit
  Edit an existing assignment. To do this, first select an assignment in the list. This function can also be executed directly by double-clicking on an assignment in the list.

• Delete
  Deletes an existing assignment. To do this, first select an assignment from the list. A confirmation prompt appears before the assignment is finally deleted.

Currently valid individual follow-up process shipment entry assignment

There is only one valid allocation per day and service. The following criteria apply when determining the current allocation: (and in this order)

• 1: If an allocation exists for the corresponding service for the current date, this is adopted.

• 2. if this is not the case, the assignment is taken over with the service <All services> for the current date

• 3. if there are several assignments for the current date, the following applies:Logic for determining the current data set based on the validity range.
