THE POST Settings

  • 104: Franking/R-Scan product code (DIEPOST and PostAT)
    Used for article allocation in the R-Scan module and in the CxLetterScan, Use Case R-Scan.
    DIEPOST:
    Contains a list of DIEPOST stage numbers, separated by commas or semicolons.
    The level number is read from the franking barcode. The article is searched for and assigned on the basis of this level number.
    PostAT (Austrian Post):
    Contains a list of PostAT product codes, separated by commas or semicolons.
    The product code is read from the franking barcode and the item is searched for and allocated on the basis of this product code.

  • 200: XTL interface, article number
    This article number is transmitted in the XTL interface. For details see XTL interface settings.

  • DIEPOST_BMZ_International
    If it is a BMZ article for abroad, the checkbox should be selected.

  • DIEPOST_Category
    The category can be read from the DIE POST product catalog (XML file). This is used for the AVZO export. The category is relevant to the tariff charged by DIE POST.

  • DIEPOST_FrankingMethod
    PP franking for imprint on label and interface AVZO
    - none
    - PP Easy
    - with Letter ID (bulk mail with two-dimensional data matrix code)

  • DIEPOST_PostIdentifier
    The postal identifier is a specification of DIE POST and distinguishes between letter and logistics products.
    This specification defines the first two digits of the barcode (domestic only).
    98: for letters
    99. for parcels, Swiss-Express

  • DIEPOST_ProductCode
    Abbreviation for label printing. Below are a few examples:
    "R" (registered mail)
    "A+" (A Mail Plus)
    "A" (Dispomail)
    "N" (cash on delivery)
    "GU" (court document)
    "BU" (debt collection document)
    "AR" (Return Receipt)
    .......

  • DIEPOST_ProductCodeNum
    The following code applies to product x. This code is used for barcode generation.
    1: A-Post Plus (A)
    2: Dispomail (A)
    3: Court document (GU)
    4: Non-registered COD letters (N)
    5: Business document (BU) (Debt collection documents)
    6: DO NOT USE
    7: Letters with contract signature / outgoing (BMV)
    8: Letters with contract signature / return (BMV)

  • DIEPOST_ProductName
    Name for label printing. The following are a few examples:
    "Dispomail"
    "A Mail Plus/Courier A Plus/Posta A Plus".
    "Recommandé Suisse"
    "Avis de réception
    "CHF cash on delivery Remboursement Rimborso"
    .........

  • DIEPOST_PRZLCode
    The PRZL code can be read from the DIE POST document "Datatransfer Annex 1". This code is used for the BMZ export.

  • DIEPOST_TaxGroup
    The taxgroup can be read from the DIE POST product catalogue (XML file). This is used for the AVZO export.

  • DIEPOST_Type
    Specifies the interface for which the shipment will be considered. The following can be selected:
    - AVZO
    - BMZ
    - AVZO & BMZ
    - Swiss Express (SE)
    - Parcel (P)
    - Post Pac Promo
    - Dispomail
