Global settings Acquisition

In this dialog, global, system-wide settings are made for entry with the sorting modules (MS/OS-AZD/IHS & MDE) are made.
To edit these settings, the user must have the"Administrator" right!

Logistics unit temporary storage for subsequent process Shipment entry IHS:

Define here the logistics unit for the temporary storage of shipments at the subsequent process Shipment Entry IHS.
Shipments to persons or customers/cost centers for which a subsequent process Shipment entry IHS is defined are routed to this logistics unit (or its carrier route).
Click on the "..." button next to the display field and select the corresponding logistics unit.
The name of the selected logistics unit is displayed in the display field.

The following additional settings are available:

Defines the order of the displayed search results in the recipient list.
With setting <complete list> the list is sorted by full score regardless of the entity type. This setting does not exist for MDE.
In any case, for each entity type (person, logistics unit, cost object), all hits that have at least the value of the highest full score set under "Minimum full score [%]" are displayed. are displayed for each entity type.
CAUTION: Does not apply to the list of cost objects; here the setting of the IHS server applies, see IHS Server Settings.
142: IHS recipient list: Maximum number of persons 0..100 10 Defines the maximum number of persons displayed in the recipient list.
Only relevant in the modules MS/OS-IHS & MDE.
143: IHS recipient list: Maximum number of logistics units 0..100 5 Defines the maximum number of logistics units displayed in the recipient list.

151: IHS: Display inactive persons in recipient list No / Yes No Defines whether inactive persons are displayed in the recipient list.
Persons who are not (no longer) active in the company ("Valid from" in the future or "Valid until" in the past) cannot be selected as recipients by default. cannot be selected as recipients by default. If this option is activated, this is still possible.
152: IHS: Display Inactive Logistics Units in Recipient List No / Yes No Defines whether inactive logistics units are displayed in the recipient list.

"Fast typers" use a rather small delay and vice versa.
171: IHS manual search: minimum score for hits (relative to highest weight) [%]. 0..100 0
If the value = 0 (default) the setting"Minimum score for hits (relative to the highest weighting) [%]" is used. from the IHS server settings is used.
This setting is used for manual searches in the MS/OS-IHS modules.
For each entity found (person, logistics unit, insurance provider), the sum of the scores of the individual hits must exceed this threshold value in order to be be included in the hit list.
This value is relative to the highest defined weighting. Ex: With a setting of 50 and a highest weighting of 50, the sum of the scores must be >= 25.
172: IHS manual search: minimum necessary score relative to top score [%]. 0..100 0
If the value = 0 (default), the setting "Minimal Full-Score [%]" from the IHS server settings is used.
This setting is used for manual searches in the MS/OS-IHS modules.
Defines the minimum value in percent that a search result must reach relative to the highest full score in order to be displayed in the results list. to be displayed.

191: IHS: SI-Postfix for automatic follow-up process at capture Any text "D" This text is appended to the SIX without separators if the above option 190: IHS: Automatic follow up process on capture is activated and the consignment is routed to the effective destination. The postfix will not be appended if "Individual selection" is defined for the consignment. 196: Subsequent process for shipment entry IHS: Label printing for archiving No / Yes Yes Defines whether a consignment label is printed for consignments for archiving. This setting is only valid in the module Follow-up process.
197: Subsequent process for shipment entry IHS: Label printing for delivery to substitute No / Yes Yes Defines whether a consignment label is printed for consignments for delivery to deputies. This setting is only valid in the module Follow-up process.
198: Subsequent Process Shipment Entry IHS: Label Printout on Return to Sender No / Yes Yes Defines whether a consignment label is printed for consignments to be returned to the sender. This setting is only valid in the Subsequent Process module.
199: Subsequent process of consignment entry IHS: Label printing during digitisation No / Yes Yes Defines whether a consignment label is printed for consignments for digitisation. This setting only applies in the Subsequent Process module.
