KEP: TNT-Express error messages

Error with TNT Express shipments

No.	Error text	Cause/Remedy
-	The selected service is not a valid TNT Express service (no TNT Express service code assigned)!	Select a TNT Express service.
-	HTTP POST-Request failed: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable
-	Runtime Error: Log in details not recognised	The"UserID for authentication" entered in the settings is invalid. The "AuthenticationPassword" registered in the settings is invalid.
209 211	Transmitter contact dial code must be entered Sender contact telephone number must be entered	If no explicit sender is selected, enter the correct sender phone number in the TNT Express settings. If an explicit sender(universal address) is selected, its phone number must be correctly entered (field "Phone 1") must be entered correctly. Format in any case: Country code incl. area code and local number must be entered separated with "/"! Example: 0041 12 / 345 67 89
227	Account number is invalid	The"Account number (Account)" entered in the settings is invalid.
230	Shipment date cannot be more than 28 days in the future	The entered *Planned delivery date* is too far in the future (> 28 days)! Enter a correct date.
301	Receiver company name must be entered	Enter the company name of the recipient in the field"KEP Receiver company" (extended attribute).
302	First line of receiver address must be entered	Enter the complete recipient address (street and house number).
303	Receiver town must be entered	Enter the complete recipient address (postcode and town incl. district).
307	Receiver contact name must be entered	Enter the name of the recipient (person) in the "Name" field.
308 310 311	Receiver contact dial code must be entered Receiver contact telephone must be entered Receiver contact telephone is too long	Enter the recipient's phone number in the"CEP Receiver phone number" field (extended attribute). Country code incl. area code and local number must be entered separated with "/"! Example: 0041 12 / 345 67 89
312	Unable to determine delivery depot from receiver address	No TNT depot can be determined for the *Recipient address* no TNT depot can be determined. Enter a valid address.
336	Total weight must be greater than zero	Enter the weight of the shipment in the"Weight" field.
339	Total volume must be greater than zero	For document broadcast: Enter the format of the shipment in the"Format" field. For NON-Doucment consignment: Enter the dimensions (length, width, height) of the shipment in the fields"CEP Package Length [cm]","CEP Package Width [cm]"and"CEP Package Height [cm]" (extended attributes). The volume of the package is calculated from this information.
352	An invalid service has been entered	The selected service is not available in the recipient country. Select a valid service.
555	The receiver address town could not be found	Enter the complete recipient address (postcode and town incl. district). If the recipient's address is in Switzerland, omit the canton in the town if necessary (e.g. only "Römerswil" instead of "Römerswil LU").
