ATTENTION:

Only parcel shipping for business customers is supported.

Enter the settings for your DHL Paket account here.

A corresponding account is a prerequisite for using DHL Paket as a service provider.

You can obtain information about your account from your customer advisor/contact person at DHL Paket.

The settings entered here must match the DHL specifications.

001: UserID for authentication	User name (maximum 20 characters) DHL contract customers receive the access data for accessing the production of the DHL Business Customer Portal from DHL Parcel Sales.
002: Password for authentication	Password (maximum 100 characters) DHL contract customers receive the access data for accessing the production of the DHL Business Customer Portal from DHL Parcel Sales.

006: Language code	Language for error messages from the DHL web server. English(en-US) and German(de-DE) are supported. If not specified, the default is English. Valid values: de-DE, en-US
010: Billing number for procedure '01'	Complete DHL parcel billing number for procedure '01'. Procedure '01' supports the following products: DHLP parcel This value must contain exactly 14 characters . Spaces can be used for better readability. The billing number is made up of the EKP (first 10 digits), the procedure (=product, 2 digits) and the participation number (2 characters). Example: 1234567890 01 01 EKP number (uniform customer and product number): This is the key to using DHL Paket products. It has 10 digits and is assigned by DHL Sales. Each customer is uniquely identified with this number. Procedure: This designates DHL products that are used for shipping. Participation number: This allows billing to be broken down by location, seasonal business or different conditions. Environmentally friendly shipping with GoGreen is also stored as a separate participation. The participation number is a 2-digit number from 00 to 99 or an alphanumeric number from AA to ZZ. It is assigned by DHL Sales.
012: Billing number for procedure '53'	Complete DHL parcel billing number for procedure '53'. Procedure '53' supports the following products: DHLP Paket International. See above for information on the format.
013: Billing number for procedure '54'	Complete DHL parcel billing number for procedure '54'. Procedure '54' supports the following products: DHLP Europaket. See above for information on the format.
015: Billing number for procedure '62'	Complete DHL parcel billing number for procedure '62'. Procedure '62' supports the following products: DHLP small parcel. See above for information on the format.
016: Billing number for procedure '66'	Complete DHL parcel billing number for the '66' procedure. The '66' procedure supports the following products: DHLP Warenpost International. See above for information on the format.
021: Sender company name	Company name (max. 30 characters)
022: Sender contact person Name	Contact person First and last name (maximum 30 characters in total) Example:Donald Duck

053: URL for shipment tracking (Track and Trace)	URL for shipment tracking (Track & Trace): Default value: https://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/set_identcodes.do?lang=<%LANGUAGE%>&idc=<%ALTERNATIVECODE%> ATTENTION: The above URL must be provided with the extensions <%LANGUAGE%> and <%ALTERNATIVECODE%>. These will be replaced by the corresponding language and shipment code during the request.
055: URL for authentication	URL for authentication with DHL Paket Default value:https://api-eu.dhl.com/parcel/de/account/auth/ropc/v1
061: Mode for price determination	Defines the mode for determining the shipment price. DHL Paket does not transmit the shipment price. Possible options: Ask user When saving the shipment, the user is asked whether theshipment price should beentered manually or determined based on the rate model. Enter price manually When the shipment is saved, adialog for manually entering the shipment price is displayed. Price from tariff model The shipment price is always determined during the order run based on the tariff model. Default: Price from tariff model
071: Notify recipient via e-mail	Checkbox (yes/no), default = no. Defines whether the recipient of a shipment is notified via email when the shipment is sent. A valid e-mail address must be entered in the extended attribute *Receiver EMail-Address*.
081: Replacement character for multi-line recipient names	Replacement character for the line separator of multi-line recipient names, default = <empty> (no replacement). Multi-line recipient names are separated in PostOffice by a definable character (default = "\|"). The replacement character defined here replaces this separator. This becomes effective if the recipient name has more lines than the maximum possible (in this case the replacement takes effect in the last line). A maximum of three address lines are possible, these are formed from "CEP Company" and the recipient name.
091: Service for returns shipment	Defines the service that is used when entering returns consignments in outgoing mail. If a returns consignment is entered in the MS/OS-AZD, these consignments automatically receive the service set here. Default: <No selection>.
092: Service for incoming returns shipment	Defines the service that is used when entering returns consignments in the inbox. If an incoming returns consignment is entered in the MS/OS-IHS via F4, these consignments automatically receive the service set here. The service stored on the returns consignment (according to setting 091: Service for returns consignment ) is replaced with the service defined here. Default: <No selection>.
093: Formula for shipment reference	See formula for consignment reference. Maximum length total: 35 characters
094: Prefix for returns shipment	Defines a prefix that is placed in front of the reference for returns shipments . This makes it easy to identify returns consignments on the CEP consignment label. Default:"RET: " Example: With UPOC = 0199982000113984 the shipment reference becomes:"RET: 0199982000113984"

Additional requirements

The CEP-specific products must also be available in the tariff model. To do this, you import the corresponding tariff model via system tasks (job engine).
