Procedure '01' supports the following products: DHLP parcel
This value must contain exactly 14 characters . Spaces can be used for better readability.
The billing number is made up of the EKP (first 10 digits), the procedure (=product, 2 digits) and the participation number (2 characters). Example: 1234567890 01 01
EKP number (uniform customer and product number):
This is the key to using DHL Paket products. It has 10 digits and is assigned by DHL Sales. Each customer is uniquely identified with this number.
Procedure:
This designates DHL products that are used for shipping.
Participation number:
This allows billing to be broken down by location, seasonal business or different conditions. Environmentally friendly shipping with GoGreen is also stored as a separate participation. The participation number is a 2-digit number from 00 to 99 or an alphanumeric number from AA to ZZ. It is assigned by DHL Sales. |

Replacement character for the line separator of multi-line recipient names, default = <empty> (no replacement).
Multi-line recipient names are separated in PostOffice by a definable character (default = "|").
The replacement character defined here replaces this separator.
This becomes effective if the recipient name has more lines than the maximum possible (in this case the replacement takes effect in the last line).
A maximum of three address lines are possible, these are formed from "CEP Company" and the recipient name. |
