Mailbox systems / tray selector

Use this selector to select mailboxes and/or compartments of a mailbox.

For persons, you also have the option for dynamic tray assignment, you also have the option of choosing whether the P.O. box is is inherited from the current work center.

Further there are 3 different modes, in which the selector works. This is either the selection of a P.O. box, the selection of a compartment of a P.O. box or the selection of a P.O. box and a compartment together. mailbox and a compartment together.

All available P.O. box systems with their compartments are displayed in a tree structure, in addition to the current assignment of persons and customers/cost centers.
With the input line for the search term you have the possibility to search for several search terms which are separated by blanks and "AND". are linked.

When assigning mailboxes, only mailboxes are available for selection.

For mailbox systems without control, only static tray assignments can be created.

Please note the following:

The assignments of persons and customers/cost centers to the compartments are kept in a cache, which is updated every 5 minutes if necessary. Therefore it may slow connections shortly after starting CodX PostOffice. PostOffice are not yet available. Or it can be that they are not immediately available after adjustments of mailboxes, trays or Assignments to subjects are not immediately up to date.

View

Inheritance can be selected for individuals. For selection are <none> and workstation.
With the search you limit the display of existing mailboxes / compartments.
Further you will find the list of the mailbox systems and their compartments. These are displayed in a tree structure, i.e. all mailboxes which all the compartments that belong to a mailbox system are displayed as subentries of a P.O. box system.

Operation

• Inheritance: For persons, you have the option for dynamic tray assignment, you can choose whether the P.O. box attachment is inherited from the work center (current).
  A job then determines the inherited tray assignment. If a P.O. box facility is defined on the logistics unit, it is used for inherited dynamic inherited dynamic tray assignments. If not, the the P.O. box facility that is assigned to the house is copied. If a P.O. box facility is defined neither on the logistics unit nor on the house, the mailbox facility is defined for either the logistics unit or the house, no inherited tray assignment is created for the person.

• Search
  Filters the mailboxes and compartments according to the entered search terms. Only mailboxes are displayed that contain all entered search terms are displayed.

• Apply
  First select a P.O. box and/or a tray from the list. Then apply the selection with this button. The P.O. box system / tray selector is closed.

• Cancel
  Closes this dialog without accepting a selection.
