Mailbox system maintenance Select mailbox system To work in this module, a mailbox system must always be selected first. If you are working on a computer that is assigned to a mailbox system, this system is automatically selected and cannot be changed. The computer can be assigned to a mailbox system using the button with the pin (top left) or in the Mailbox system management module Rights To open mailboxes here, the rights under Mail Box System Mailbox system / Maintenance must be set accordingly. Maintenance Here you can change the status of mailboxes and open mailbox system mailboxes. The compartments are closed directly on site by closing the compartment again. The display is constantly updated. The list shows all compartments of the selected mailbox system. Only letter and parcel compartments are displayed, not lockers. The symbols have the following meaning:
The functions described below only apply to the selected mailbox system and its letter and parcel compartments. Open mailboxes (button in the list) You can open each compartment by clicking the button in the Open column. This function is only available if you are on the control PC or operator PC of the mailbox system. Change status of compartment (directly in the list) You can change the status of each mailbox(active,inactive and maintenance) System maintenance If you press this button, all compartments with the status Active are assigned the status Maintenance. Activate system If you press this button, all compartments with the status Maintenance are assigned the status Active. Open all compartments Press this button to open all compartments simultaneously. Cache information Selecting this function opens a dialog that displays the filling information for the current cache. MBS statistics If a compartment is opened or set to maintenance status, an MBS statistics event Maintenance is assigned for the corresponding compartment. See also: |
