You have the option of insuring your package against all risks. Each parcel is insurable up to a maximum amount of EUR 5000.00 (without deductible). The insurance of our partner covers all risks from door to door. Details please refer to the insurance conditions. (see further information)
In addition, you can insure the customs duties and
foreign VAT and thus also fully cover this risk of loss.

Customs clearance
With the inco-term labels provided free of charge by Swiss
Swiss Post GLS provides free of charge, you can easily and conveniently arrange
the payment modalities for customs clearance and governmental
duties (customs, VAT). The transport costs are always paid
the sender.
