Settings CEP service provider (courier/express/parcel)

Enter all settings for the CEP service providers here.

The settings can be made per CEP service provider in each case per production location and/or cost unit (customer/cost center) and/or individually.

In the MS/OS-AZD data acquisition modules, either an individual definition or automatic determination of the setting can be selected.

Priority of the automatic determination of the settings

1. Cost center level

2. Customer level

3. Production site level

The settings on the cost center level have the highest priority.
If no settings are defined on one level, the settings of the next lower level are applied.
This means that the settings of a customer are inherited by its cost centers.

Test system

Separate settings can be entered for test systems.
When using a test system, the settings of the TestSytem location are always used(marked yellow), all other definitions are not used!

Controls

• CEP service provider
  In the combo box, select the service provider whose settings are to be edited.

• Set default entry
  Sets the "Enter service provider" setting to "Yes" and the "Default service provider ID" setting accordingly for all services of the selected CEP service provider. This means that these settings do not have to be laboriously configured manually on all services.
  In addition, the definitions of the extended attributes are automatically set to the current status for all services of the selected CEP service provider. This means that it is no longer necessary to import the tariff model when new attributes become available. Existing attribute definitions are not changed.

• Global settings
  Opens the dialog for setting the global CEP settings. This function is only available if the logged-in user has admin rights.

List definitions

This list shows all settings entered for the selected service provider with the attributes Type, Name and UPOC.

• Add
  Adds a new definition for the selected service provider.
  In the menu button, select whether a definition is to be made for a cost object (customer/cost center), a location or an individual definition. For cost unit or location a corresponding selection dialog will be displayed.

• Edit
  The definition currently selected in the list is edited.
  Alternatively, this can also be done by double-clicking on a list entry.

• Delete
  The definition currently selected in the list will be deleted.

Individual definition

In case of individual definitions, the name of the definition is entered in the detail dialog of the CEP service manager.
