you have mail' Global settings

Here you will find all available settings for the 'you have mail' messages. These settings can be made globally for all messages or individually for each message. If a setting is made at the message level, this setting always has priority over the global setting.

A list with all available attributes for editing is displayed. The first column contains the name of the attribute, the second column contains the value of the attribute which can be edited. To edit a value, click with the mouse on the corresponding column and change the value.

100: Default language for yhm templates	Default language for the template. Please use the same language abbreviations everywhere, e.g. "DE".
110: Timeout for queries [seconds].	Duration in seconds until a query terminates, default setting is 60 seconds.
200: URL of the smtp server for sending yhm emails	The name or IP address of your SMTP server for sending e-mails (mandatory).
210: User name of the smtp server for sending yhm eMails	The username of the account you want to use to send your emails (only mandatory if authentication method is not set to NONE).
220: Password of the smtp-server to send yhm eMails	The password for your SMTP server so that an email can be sent (optional).
230: Outgoing mail port of the smtp server for sending yhm eMails	The port of your SMTP server for sending emails. The default SMTP port is 25 (mandatory).
240: Domain name if NTLM authentication is used	If the authentication type is set to NTLM, a domain must be specified.
250: Outgoing mail port SSL required	If this checkbox is active, SSL is used, otherwise not.
251: Outgoing mail port TSL required	If this checkbox is active, TSL is used, otherwise not.
260: Outgoing mail authentication method	Select here one of the possible authentication methods that can be used by an outgoing mail server. Possible settings are: NONE LOGIN PLAIN CRAM-MD5 NTLM
270: Outgoing mail SSL port	If the option 250 is activated, the correct port must be specified here.
271: Outgoing TSL Port	If the option 251 is activated, the correct port must be specified here.
280: Alternative URL for determining the subsequent process via web service	A URL is entered in this mustfield, which can be used as an alternative address for the computer name of the application server. If this address is empty, the default applies, i.e. the computer name of the application server. In addition, https is automatically used if the CxWeb server on the application server uses an SSL certificate, otherwise http is used. Attention!!! This CustField is only available in the Global Setting
290: Delay for sending e-mails in seconds	With this setting a delay of 0 to 300 seconds per email can be defined. This means that at least the number of seconds defined here must have elapsed between 2 emails being sent before another email is sent. If this is not the case, the execution will wait. Possible settings are 0 = no waiting time up to 300 seconds waiting time. Attention!!! This CustField is only available in the global setting.
300: Maximum age of consignments still to be considered for processing	The age of the items to be considered for the processing of 'you have Mail' messages. The value corresponds to the number of days, i.e. items older than the set number of days are no longer taken into account. The event capture time is decisive.
301: Date of entry of the consignments from which they are still to be taken into account	This date is automatically created when a message is created or copied, with the value of Date when the message was copied or created minus the number of days defined in CustField 300 in the General Settings. However, you can change this date at any time; it is also taken into account as a condition in the trigger query.
310: eMail sender for sending yhm messages via eMail	EMail sender address: Enter the sender address that recipients of 'you have mail' messages will receive via email.
330: eMail receiver address for sending error messages in yhm	If this eMail address is defined, errors that may occur during the process of yhm are sent to this eMail recipient. These can be errors while sending eMail or SMS, too few licenses or errors while determining addresses and/or eMail addresses or phone numbers of recipients. Attention!!! This CustField exists only in the global setting
340: Maximum total size of the attachment in MB (Megabyte)	All attachments per outgoing email are added together. If the file size exceeds this setting, the attachments are split.
350: Prefix for an eMail that will be split (%d = replacement for numbering)	If the emails are split due to the attachment size, this prefix is prepended to the subject. As replacement character for the numbering %d is used.
400: Maximum age of items in days which should be considered for not emptied trays	The maximum number of days a shipment sits in a tray and is not emptied before a 'you have mail' message is sent to remind you to empty the tray. The event capture time is decisive.
500: Recipient address for eMail test messages	If your system is a test system, all messages of type HTML are sent to this e-mail address. This prevents users from receiving emails from a test system. Attention!!! This CustField only exists in the Global Setting
510: Phone number for SMS test messages	If your system is a test system, then all messages of type SMS are sent to this phone number. This prevents users from receiving SMS from a test system. Attention!!! This CustField is only available in the Global Setting
600: Article list for shipment notification for release for settlement	A list of all article UPOC's which can occur in a shipment and for which a you have mail message of the type 'Shipment notification for release for billing' is to be sent. Several articles can be defined, these are separated by a comma, semicolon or a space.
700: Maximum number of data records which may be determined in the trigger query.	This number defines the maximum number of data records that may be selected by the trigger query. If the number exceeds this, an error is triggered and processing is aborted. The default value is set to 100,000.
800: E-mail address post office	Defines the e-mail address of the mailroom. This can be selected as the recipient in the messages.
900: Acknowledgement of receipt outstanding days for reminder recipient	Defines the number of days that must have passed since a shipment was entered before a reminder e-mail is sent to the recipient, if no receipt confirmation (event 1200000614 Receipt confirmation recipient) has been received yet.
901: Acknowledgement of receipt outstanding days for reminder post office	Defines the number of days that must have passed since the entry of a shipment before a reminder e-mail is sent to the mailroom, provided that there is no confirmation of receipt (event 1200000614 Receipt confirmation recipient).
