Settings CEP GLS Germany

Enter the settings for your GLS Germany account here.
An account with GLS Germany is a prerequisite for using GLS Germany as a service provider.
Information about your account (UserID, password, contact ID) can be obtained from the GLS Germany account manager/contact person.
The settings entered here must comply with the specifications of GLS Germany.

022: Sender contact name Name of the sender/contact person
023: Sender Contact person Phone no. Phone number of the sender/contact person
024: Sender contact person EMail EMail address of the sender/contact person
031: Sender country code (ISO2 code) Country code (ISO2 code, exactly 2 characters), ex: DE, CH, AT, ...
032: Sender country Country in plain text, ex: Germany
033: Sender postal code Postal code
034: Sender place City incl. district, if applicable
036: Sender street Street
037: Sender house number House number
040: Use fixed sender address from definition Defines if fixed the sender address from this definition is used. Otherwise the logic for determining the return address will be applied.
051: URL for dispatch URL for data communication with GLS Germany

This will be replaced by the corresponding consignment code during the request
061: Mode for price determination Defines the mode for the determination of the shipment price.
GLS Germany does not transmit the consignment price.
Possible options: Default: Price from tariff model
081: Substitution character for multiline recipient names Replacement character for the line separator of multiline recipient names, default = <blank> (no replacement).
Multiline recipient names are separated in PostOffice by a definable character (default = "|").
The replacement character defined here replaces this separator.
091: Power for return shipment Defines the service that is used when entering return shipments in the outgoing mail.
If a return shipment is entered in the MS/OS-AZD, these shipments automatically receive the service set here.
Default: <No selection>.
092: Service for receipt of return shipment Defines the service that is used when entering return shipments in the inbox.
If in the MS/OS-IHS via F4 an incoming return shipment is entered, then these shipments automatically receive the service set here. In doing so, the service stored on the return shipment (according to setting 091: Service for return shipment ) will be replaced with the service defined here.
Default: <No selection>.
093: Formula for shipment reference See formula for shipment reference.
094: Prefix for return shipment Defines a prefix that precedes the reference for return shipments . This makes it easy to identify returned shipments on the CEP shipment label.
Default:"RET: "
Ex: With UPOC = 0199982000113984 the shipment reference becomes:"RET: 0199982000113984".

Additional requirements

Furthermore, the CEP specific products must be available in the tariff model. To do this, import the corresponding tariff model via system tasks (Job Engine) (see Import tariff model).
