ATTENTION:

The service provider DHL Paket is only available within Germany (shipments from Germany to Germany) available!

Only parcel shipping for business customers is supported, "Day Definite" (DD) is implemented as shipping method!

A corresponding account is a prerequisite for using DHL Paket as a service provider.

You can obtain information about your account from your customer advisor/contact person at DHL Paket.

010: Settlement number for procedure '01 Complete DHL parcel billing number for procedure '01'.
The procedure '01' supports the following products: DHL Paket, DHLP Paket Prio.

This value must contain exactly 14 characters . Spaces can be used for better readability.
The settlement number consists of the EKP (first 10 digits), the procedure (=product, 2 digits) and the participation number (2 characters). together. Example: 1234567890 01 01

EKP number (uniform customer and product number):
This is the key to using DHL Paket products. It has 10 digits and is assigned by DHL Sales. With this number uniquely identifies each customer.

Procedure:
This designates DHL products that are used for shipping.

Participation number:
This allows for the breakdown of settlements by location, seasonal business or different terms. Also the environmentally friendly shipping with GoGreen is stored as a separate participation. The participation is 2-digit numeric from 00 to 99 or alphanumeric from AA to ZZ. It is assigned by DHL Sales.

Procedure '06' supports the following products: DHLP Courier Same Day, DHLP Courier Desired Time.
012: Settlement number for procedure '53 Complete DHL parcel billing number for procedure '53'.

ATTENTION: The above URL must be used with the extensions <%LANGUAGE%> and<%ALTERNATIVCODE%> extensions. These will be replaced by the corresponding language and consignment code during the request.
061: Mode for price determination Defines the mode for determining the shipment price.
DHL Paket does not transmit the shipment price.
Possible options:
  • Ask user
