SSI (Standard Sorter Interface) settings

This dialog contains settings for the SSI interface (Standard Sorter Interface).

General settings

Designation Description
101: Export districts defined at country level to sorting systems Defines if precincts, which are exactly defined on country level, should be exported to the sorting systems.
Default value: Off (not set)
ATTENTION: If this checkbox is set, the number of exported street segments can become very large (depending on the master data in the BV)!
201: SIX definition for overflow districts Default: <empty>
Defines a special SIX definition (formula) for overflow districts.
If the value is empty, the default definition of the service provider will be used (Settings / Logistics / District Management / Definition SIX).
If the value is not empty, the definition SIX set here is used for the overflow districts. definition SIX is used for the overflow districts.
The resulting SIX is passed to the sorters in the SSI view SorterOverflowDistrictView_X, see SSI specification.
301: Transfer houses with weekday block to system district Default: True
Defines whether houses that are blocked for the current delivery day (weekday block) are redirected to the system district "Blocked addresses". addresses" system district. The current delivery day is determined based on the delivery calendar end of the system district.
302: Transfer items in districts that are not delivered to system district Default: True
Defines whether districts (or items) that are not delivered on the current delivery day are redirected to the system district "Blocked addresses". addresses" system district. A carrier route is not deliverable if the delivery day of the carrier route structure is not the same as the delivery day of the carrier route.
303: Leave SIX of the original district on transferred shipments Default: False
Defines whether the SIX of the original district should be retained for shipments transferred according to the setting "302: ...".
False: Use the SIX of the "Blocked addresses" system district.
True: Leave the SIX of the original district.
400: Determine recipient address from consignment screen Default: False (not set)
Defines whether the job "0007:0201 SSI: Determine recipient addresses from consignment images" should be executed.

Condition on shipment so that recipient address is determined:
- Country, postcode and city must be available on the shipment.
401: Recipient address of the transmission image: Image parser Default:"Standard image parser for job 0007:0201 SSI: Determine recipient addresses from consignment images".
Name of the image parser used to determine recipient addresses and recipient names from the shipment images. The image parser must exist and be valid and must contain an element"Recipient".
402: Recipient address from consignment screen: Read recipient name Default: True (set)
Defines whether in addition to the recipient's address the recipient's name should also be determined from the consignment images.
403: Recipient address from consignment screen: Maximum age of consignment [Tg]. Default: 10 [days]
Defines the maximum age of shipments [days] that are processed when determining recipient address/name.
404: Recipient address of transmission image: Default resolution if image has no valid resolution [DPI]. Default: 220 [DPI]
Defines the default image resolution in [DPI] that is used when a broadcast image does not contain a valid resolution.
405: Recipient address from transmission image: Trim images Default: True (set)
Defines whether the broadcast images should be automatically cropped before image analysis.

Filter for SorterSendView

This section is only displayed if the license LIC_F_SSI_FILTER_SORTERVIEW is available.

Designation Description
101: Capture modules whose shipments are NOT available in SorterSendungView Defines a list of collection modules whose consignments are NOT exported to the sorting system. (SorterSendungView_X).
The list contains comma separated digits (see below).
Default value: <empty> (no exclusion of collection modules).

Meaning of digits:
1: Shipment entry manual output (MS-AZD) without ELFK
2: Shipment entry manual output (MS-AZD) with ELFK
3: OS-AZD with address capture via OCR
4: OS-AZD with manual address entry
7: Cooperation module
8: DTM Data-Terminal mobile

14: Standard interface to sorting system (SSI)
15: Post-processed shipments from sorting system (SSI telecoding)

19: Items that are entered via Redress processing
20: Items that are captured using a small sorter, e.g. MultiSort, etc.
22: For customer-specific modules
23: DPD interface
24: Shipments recorded with OS-IHS
25: Consignments recorded with MS-IHS
26: Items recorded by Swiss Post
27: Items recorded with IHS subscriber management
28: Items that are entered using the standard consignment event import function
29: Items updated with the item editor
30: Shipments imported with SEM interface
31: Shipment created by filling the mailbox
32: Mailings captured by the R-Scan module
33: Items captured by the CxLetterScan module
34: Items created by the DPAG import module
35: Items that are recorded by a MDE
102: Maximum difference between entry date and date of last change [days]. Defines the maximum difference in days between the entry date and the date of the last change to the shipment.
Shipments exceeding this difference will NOT be exported to the sorting system (SorterSendungView_X).
Default value: 5 [days]
