eInvoice E-mail variables

If eInvoices are sent by e-mail, a template can be created for this purpose. The subject and the text can also be provided with values of the invoice.
The following variables are available for this purpose:

• Customer name

• Invoice number

• Invoice amount

• Invoice currency

• Invoice date

• Invoice period from

• Invoice period until

• promotional message

• Billing header

The varibals are replaced by the actual values of the invoice before the mail is sent.

Additional variables are available for the e-mail error.

• Error Text (The variable is replaced by the technical error message)

• Email metadata (Email metadata is: Sender, Recipient, Cc, Bcc, File Attachments, Subject and Text. Thus, you would be able to customize the received error email and send it again.
