Broadcast research The module 'Broadcast research' is used to research broadcasts. Search for shipments Basically, you have the possibility to search in the online database or in the archive, provided that the corresponding license is available. The search for broadcasts can be carried out with extensive filters. The filters are divided into individual tabs. If a search term is stored in a filter, a binoculars symbol is displayed on the corresponding filter. You can reset all filters by pressing the 'Reset' button. Search by keywords In the 'Keywords' tab, you can enter common terms. CodX PostOffice searches for the keyword in the following shipment data: Shipment UPOC, recipient address, customer data. Address In the 'Address' tab, you can enter the recipient address you are looking for. Capture In the tab 'Entry' you can limit the search according to further criteria. For all criteria marked with an asterisk (*), a wildcard search with an asterisk is possible. Delivery In the tab 'Delivery' you can set filter criteria according to the delivery attributes. Other Further filters are available in the 'Other' tab. Filter: Predefined filters can be stored in the system. Select the desired filter. UPOC List: With this function you have the possibility to read in a list of consignment UPOCs. CodX PostOffice will then search for the corresponding items and list them in the search results. Comments: If an entry is made here is made here, a wildcard search is automatically performed to find the for the remark in the transmission. This applies to both the online search as well as for the archive search. Show details Select the desired broadcast from the list of search results and press the 'Detail' button. This will open a window with all the information about the selected broadcast. Edit shipment data Enter the desired filter criteria. CodX PostOffice will show the found items in the search results. Press the 'Edit' button to open the item editor. In the shipment editor, you can edit the shipment data accordingly. Items in the archive cannot be edited. |
