General definitions

Here they can make the basic definition of a subject.
Each compartment has a unique number within the compartment system.

Status

A tray can have four statuses: Active, Inactive, Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Active: A compartment can be used normally

Type

Determining the currently valid tray / mailbox system

It is possible to assign several compartments to one person / customer.
If the recipient has defined mailboxes in different mailbox systems for the current day, the user must make a selection when entering a shipment.

However, if the user cannot make a selection (e.g. IHS web interface), the following criteria apply for determining the current subject:

Right

Here the rights for this tray can be assigned. This means which person has access or no access to this tray.
An additional licence for locker systems is required for this.
